The Ministry of Education requires all school boards to update their Code of Conduct to specifically address restrictions around the use of personal mobile devices during instructional time. Please note that the TLDSB and HHSS Code of Conduct now includes the following:
“The use of personal mobile devices during instructional time is not permitted unless under the following circumstances:
for educational purposes, as directed by an educator;
for health and medical purposes;
to support special education needs”
Students are asked to remain aware of, and to comply with, these restrictions. Thank you.
