Please find more information for families from the TLDSB regarding its Return to School Plan. Families will be receiving a letter in the mail from Principal Boulay before the end of the week, detailing more school-specific HHSS return to school details. Remember that school begins on Monday September 14 for students in grade 9 and the PA&LS program, with all grades 9-12 students scheduled for full attendance beginning on Tuesday September 15.
Return to School Plan 2020 for Families
The Return to School Plan 2020 for TLDSB Families outlines information about the start of the school year during the COVID-19 pandemic. This plan is for students attending in-school and for students participating in at-home remote learning.
Parents/guardians are asked to contact their child’s school if they have any questions.

The updated August 26, 2020 version of the Return to School Plan for Families includes the following information
- Information about a staggered start for in-school learning and at-home remote learning for all TLDSB students
- Masks are now mandatory at school and on buses for all Kindergarten to grade 12 students
- Secondary students will now follow a block schedule, taking one credit at a time.
Please note that outbreak protocol information has just been received by the Ministry of Education and is being reviewed by school board administration.
